Participate in the daily routine of the 3-5 year old room, get used to the Australian philosophy of early childhood education, participate in indoor and outdoor environmental settings, learn to record children's learning experiences, and become proficient in using Symth's Reflection Model to reflect on daily work, and activity design.

Participate in the daily routine of the 0-2 year old room and learn about the development of children between the ages of one and two as well as their daily routines.

Deep involvement in room routines, designing small group as well as large group learning experiences. Periodic adjustment of room environment based on weekly themes. Exposure to skill building for graduating children (including maths skills, vocabulary, team time).
