Yijuan Shen

I have been passionate about the medical arena since entering high school, so I have volunteered in nursing homes and shadowed in hospitals. Furthermore, I'm studying in my first year in health science. This experience enhances my medical background. Although I didn't work as a medical receptionist before, I used to work as a cafe server where I learned many organisation and communication skills. I believe I can quickly handle the role of a medical receptionist since I'm a quick learner and I will try my best to do it!
