Summary
Being an early childhood teacher for me is not only about teaching children, it’s also about sharing the time with them, seeing the help they need and at the same time, learning from them and grow together with them. I have been an early childhood teacher for seven years. While my workplace has not changed, my role at the centre has changed from a teacher, to pre-school team leader and now an assistant director. Through my exploits, my understanding of children and this career has been further developed. I am always keen to explore new experiences with children and strive to create a warm, welcoming and rich learning environment for them. I am a self-motivated person who always want to learn more and see new things. I want to challenge myself by working in other settings and grow in my profession.
