  • Site inspections and measurements, drafting project briefs, and conveying existing site information to designers after client meetings. Including initial briefs, corresponding briefs, and recording and monitoring all changes reflected on design drawings.
  • Offering interpretation of site and existing plans to designers to ensure seamless understanding, while efficiently scheduling designer tasks to guarantee effective time management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Job scheduling and monitoring designer performance for both local and remote offices.
  • Liaised with clients, certifiers, consultants, suppliers, and other professionals to facilitate Landlord/RDM approval. Coordinating design projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Development Application (DA) and other building certifications applications for NSW other states, liquor license applications, etc., Especially for commercial projects.
