  • Test automation script development: In the Internet of Vehicles and Device Platform Department, based on Python, use the robot framework to write automated scripts for vehicle function (such as eCall, bCall) testing, design test logic, connect indoor bench testing, and finally generate test reports, and then compare with the test data of manual in-vehicle testers to determine the feasibility of the script to achieve the purpose of automated testing.
  • Test automation project coordination: In the agile development team, responsible for sprint planning, review and retrospection for test automation projects, support test automation product design through cross-team communication and demonstration, and coordinate project management, automated test planning and project integration process improvement.

Projects

Intelligent logistics vehicle designed based on stm32 and Raspberry Pi
This project won the second prize in the 2021 Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition. The track involved is to make the robot have the functions of field target position recognition, autonomous movement, material color recognition, material grasping, etc. First, select the motion chassis and robotic arm according to the requirements of the competition, and then use stm32 to control the robotic arm, and Raspberry Pi to control the car body. Because it is necessary to carry in all directions, a 6-degree-of-freedom robotic arm and a rectangular motion chassis are used to turn through speed differential. At the same time, a grayscale sensor is placed to achieve the purpose of tracking and a color sensor is placed to identify the color of the object. I am responsible for the robotic arm control module and the access sensor module.

Amoeba-like rheological robot

The team invented a new type of printable magnetically controlled smart material, namely magnetically controlled smart thixotropic fluid (MTF). After configuring MTF, the silicone material and MTF composite printing process are used for integrated production. The solidified MTF can provide effective support for the printing of elastic film structures during the composite printing process. The molded MTF can be used as a driving medium for soft structures. By regulating the flow direction of the smart fluid and the sol-gel conversion through the magnetic field, a new soft driving mode similar to the movement of amoeba can be realized.
