● Accurate validating, processing payment of fortnightly and monthly pay runs
● Calculating of all payroll-related payments in accordance with relevant industry award/agreements such as bonus, allowance leave entitlements, deductions, superannuation, PAYG, work cover and etc
● Updating and Maintaining employee master data including reviewing, interpreting and processing paperwork to ensure data integrity and accuracy
● Processing of new starter and termination payment
● Liaising with the finance team and HR department and answering an queries
● Manually coding timesheets into payroll system
● Assisting with payroll queries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner
PERSONAL PROFILE AND SKILLS
Payroll skills
● Solid experience in managing end to end payroll including processing wages, salaries, bonus, deduction, superannuation,salary sacrifice etc
● Strong attention to details and accurate calculation of all payroll related payment
● Excellent customer service skill to answer complicated queries and liaise with difference departments
● Good understanding of Fair Work ACT, ATO rules, employment agreements , Awards etc
Computer skills
● Intermediate skill on Microsoft Excel, familiar with various formulas(vlookuop, sumif etc), Pivot table, and functions such as sort, filter,and experience with optimization of payroll related Excel Templates
● Experienced operator of payroll system(SAP)
● Soft skills
● Strong attention to details to ensure all tasks to be completed accurately
● Excellent time management skill to prioritize different tasks and duties
● Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and deal complaints with customers
