• Develop an integration between HR system (PeopleSoft) and cloud Applicant Tracking System (ATS, LiveHire)
• Support additional reporting capability by enriching existing job vacancy dashboards with cloud recruitment metrics including time to hire, recruitment cost per hire and detect recruitment against policy.

Achievements:

• Utilised Python-based data tools (pandas) to acquire and analyse job vacancy data which accelerated interface field mapping efforts between HR and ATS system
• Leverage data experience to help data warehouse team to enrich existing master records of employees while reducing duplicate and sources of inaccurate field updates

Responsibilities:

• Design strategy for the data migration and retention during migration from legacy Workers' Compensation to SAP-based system

• Developed custom (Python) programs when standard tools could not connect to legacy RDBMS and achieved export of large volumes within the migration cutover window (10 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Architectural strategy and governance in the Corporate Systems domain including systems of records (Workday, EBS, Salesforce), planning and analytics (EPM/Hyperion, Tableau, Anaplan) and integrations (AWS API, iPaaS, SOA)
• Work with CDO to ensure appropriate data protection strategies and governance
• Develop and oversee projects from solutioning (solution on a page, solution context) to delivery (governance) via fortnightly sync meetings.

• Oversaw migration of core financial planning and reporting platform and associated ETLs from Oracle EPM (on-prem Hyperion) to Anaplan (cloud) using iPaaS technologies.
• Implemented data discovery and classification system (Securiti.ai) to inventory and protect repositories of PII or confidential data across NBN's large data footprint.
