Invested Equity Projects

• Yuzhixin Partnership: Invested in Meilv Co., a tourism company with unique resource advantages, during its Series B round in 2018 with an investment of RMB 88.84 million. Played a significant role in providing post-investment value-added services, such as introducing strategic investors and enhancing product experiences, while maintaining frequent interactions with senior management. Also managed risk control and exit strategies for Yuzhi Xin, achieving an exit of over RMB 25 million on July 2, 2024 (with proof of payout and exit agreement).
• Zhejiang Free Trade Zone Yuzhi Venture Capital Partnership: Fund Manager. Invested in Changguang Satellite during the pre-IPO round in November 2020 with an investment of RMB 100 million. Discovered the project in October 2020 and completed due diligence, prepared promotional materials, wrote the due diligence report, established the project, raised funds, and completed the investment within one month. Changguang was accepted for IPO review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 23, 2022, and is currently updating its 2023 financial report
• Hangzhou Yuzhi Huichuang (Zero One Space Phase I): Fund Manager. In May 2021, led an investment of RMB 24 million through a secondary share transfer. Managed the entire investment process and maintained positive interactions with the top executives of Zero One Space.
• Hangzhou Yucheng (Zero One Space Phase II): Fund Manager. Led a Series C+ round investment of RMB 26 million in March 2022.
• Incubation Projects by the Controlling Shareholder: Managed and participated in projects such as Jinzhouxin (a power management chip project), infrared fisheye technology, Jinzhou CNC, and laser ranging technology.

• Key Member of the Investment Committee: Responsible for project screening in the primary market, investment evaluation, feasibility analysis, due diligence, report writing, investment negotiations, development of investment plans, fundraising, investment agreement review, post-investment management, value-added services, risk control, and exit strategies.
• Establishing Stock Selection Standards in the Secondary Market: Developed stock selection criteria based on value investing principles, focusing on five key dimensions: "good industry, good management, good growth, good valuation, and good profitability." Standardized research report templates and authored research reports for the secondary market.

Job Responsibilities: Deputy General Manager

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Managed the company’s day-to-day activities, including leading weekly meetings, project evaluation sessions, and post-investment management.
• Team and Business Management: Deeply involved in team management, driving business development, and participating in the company’s annual review meetings, board meetings, and shareholder meetings.
• Annual Reporting: Led the drafting of the company’s annual summary and delivered the annual report at the company’s year-end event.

Established a comprehensive investment system for the secondary market, combining both bottom-up and top-down stock selection approaches, including position management and risk control. As a project manager, collaborated with external legal and financial teams to organize project materials, conduct company analysis, due diligence, and evaluate business prospects.

Responsible for FPGA design and verification for Wifi chips, utilizing XILINX Vertex FPGAs and Synopsys EDA verification platforms. Worked with IPs including Wifi, BT, SOC, and ARM. The products achieved significant success, with sales reaching several billion USD.

Participated in the entire process of developing a wireless short-range ultra-wideband (UWB) chip from scratch at the startup Hengyuan Microelectronics. Responsibilities included design, verification, tapeout, sample manufacturing, and packaging, with limited initial shipments. Designed PCBs for testing the chip and promoting system applications, including components such as power management chips, RF, switches, PA, and wireless communication antennas.

Participated in the design and FPGA verification of the first TDS-CDMA chip with proprietary intellectual property. The chip successfully went through tapeout and sample design. Proficient in using various electronic industry instruments and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, shielded rooms, and vector analyzers.

Primary responsibilities included researching new technologies for multiphase flow meters and providing training services for these devices. Developed a multiphase flow meter based on cross-correlation technology using high-speed PCBs, inductors, capacitors, resistors, and FPGA discrete electronic components.

• Research Work: Responsible for research on optical fiber communication systems, including the setup, testing, and study of underwater blue-green laser communication systems.
• Teaching Duties: Delivered lectures on university courses such as "Principles of Communication" and "Signals and Systems."
