1. Consult and cooperate with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), Translink, and schools to understand their needs and requirements in public transportation planning.

2. Assist in preparing administrative documents based on optimization proposals and results of urban, schools, and Rail replacement networks.

3. Investigate and analyse network and operational performance through NetBI, including route optimization reports, to develop action plans and assist organizations in meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators.

4. Working with Scheduler to develop public transport planning evaluation based on Redlands and Brisbane public transport network to help the organization optimize the network connection.

5. Use HASTUS as planning and scheduling software and other professional tools to design public transportation planning schemes based on the Redlands area to meet stakeholders' requirements and provide them with visualized data and reports.

6. Participate in meetings with Translink and School stakeholders to explain and present public transport planning proposals and options, and actively respond to their feedback.

7. Support the delivery of the Operations Business Plan and proactively support the objectives of other functions.

8. Be conversant with depot operations and systems to provide support and relief to management, if required.

9. Familiar with public transportation regulations， enterprise agreements, and other related policies and promptly update relevant knowledge to meet stakeholders' compliance requirements.

10. Streamline data collection, cleansing from diverse sources, both internal and external, focusing on network operational performance and vehicle systems. Develop data models and generate tailored BI reports aligned with managerial requirements.

1. Manage daily warehousing ops, analyze parcel orders from suppliers, and address exceptional conditions.

2. Count goods, assist in sorting express parcels, considering economic, legal, and environmental factors.

3. Oversee returns, ensuring comprehensive order monitoring throughout processing.

4. Provide daily operational management in the northern suburbs, aligning with planning principles.

5. Utilize team capabilities for an efficient personalized delivery process, considering various factors.

6. Organize and consolidate logistics orders, presenting detailed progress reports to the regional manager, aligning with planning principles.
