1. Responsible for officer recruitment (writing recruitment copy, posting recruitment information, arranging reception and interviews for applicants)
2.Create and manage the files of the members, and create qualification certificates for the administrators;
3. Acting as photographic outreach for the UQ Handcraft Club.
4. Responsible for making activity posters. Handicraft Club West End Community Volunteer Program Supervisor, recruiting volunteers for charity events and producing volunteer certificates.
5. acted as a liaison between staff and President, assisting with communication up and down the chain of command, scheduling meetings, organizing important documents, and recording meeting minutes.
6.Provide support for several club activities (complete preparations, coordinate the operation of various departments, and summarize activities).
7. Provide support (publicity, photography, sales) for the Handicrafts on Wednesday market day bazaar at the University of Queensland.

1、Responsible for external publicity, including WeChat public number layout, dynamic update in the number of British awards and advertising door platform;
2、Produce browsing data pivot according to BLUEWOW, and complete the browsing statistics chart;
3、Write the New York Advertising Festival, Tiger Award, ONESHOW Digital English Award entry email and process PPT;
4、Responsible for case report award edition layout.
