Summary

As a graduate nurse currently completing my second rotation at Dandenong Hospital’s high-volume Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery Outpatient Department, I have developed a strong passion for orthopaedic nursing. Through hands-on experience in wound care, plaster application and removal, fracture management, and multidisciplinary collaboration, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for patient-centred, evidence-based care across the surgical continuum. My objective is to join a leading orthopaedic team like Epworth, where I can continue to grow clinically while contributing meaningfully to patients’ recovery and independence after surgery. I am eager to further develop my skills in joint replacement, trauma care, and rehabilitation education, and to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where clinical excellence and compassionate care are valued equally.
