I am a highly motivated person thriving on providing the best customer service to clients and ensure that they return for future work.

I have been in the customer service environment for 14 years, initially for a major car service dealer in Cape Town, South Africa and then for the majority of the time at PG Glass in Vredendal creating and improving the customer base in the district.

During the time at PG Glass I have been involved with automotive glass, tinting, flat glass for building industry as well as aluminum windows, doors and showers.

I am well versed on insurance claims processes in South Africa but need to admit that I would need an introduction on the processes in Western Australia.

During the last 5 years my responsibilities at PG Glass increased and was promoted to Assistant Manager which included the day to day management of the workshop technicians and planning their mobile jobs at client premises. During this time work was also secured on a local mining operations to remove and fit Earthmoving vehicles glass which included implementing the safety file, inductions and medicals of the technicians .
