Summary

I am always willing to increase my skills and Knowledge as much as I can, so I can become the best possible version of myself, whilst improving the quality of my living and others I interact with in any given situation. I have applied this is in my current casual role at Kmart where I have expressed my interest to learn and improve my skills in becoming an expert of the many products we have in store and in the different areas because of my passion and willingness in interacting with people of all cultures, religions and backgrounds with the intention of assisting them as much as possible so they are fully satisfied with their experience., I always try to be as patient as I can because you never know what a person may currently or has previously gone through in the past so it is important to me when interacting with others that I am as patient and understanding as I can. When I work at Kmart there is always going to be customers that inflict certain behaviours that may be deemed as ‘rude’ or ‘unusual’ and when I approach customers that inflict these certain behaviours, I ensure that I am patient and do my very best to positively approach this situation whilst understanding that they may be going through something., With my current experiences working at Kmart, I always ensure that I am mindful and am always respectful when interacting with customers. For examples when there is a customer that has been intoxicated and has potentially stolen something I am always aware and considerate of their situation when they interact with me whilst taking the necessary steps to keeping myself and others around me safe. Moreover, with my volunteer experience I am very respectful towards my recipient who is currently unwell, however I am always considerate and respectful towards her situation. I do my very best to ensure that she is happy and is in high spirits every visit and I have done this by having good conversations with her, bringing her food she likes and encouraging her to do activities that she has previously enjoyed.
