I dedicate my time to volunteering as a Teacher while completing my Bachelor of Education (Primary) degree at university. Additionally, I have earned my CHC40221 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support and my Diploma in Community Services. My goal is to become a Teacher, and I currently work at Sycamore School as a relief education support officer. I also serve as an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and individual support worker. My main focus is to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children, helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to reach their full potential. In my professional and volunteer roles, I have shown adaptability in different settings, working well both independently and collaboratively. I am known for my reliability and diligence, consistently completing tasks with dedication and efficiency. Additionally, I am enthusiastic, trustworthy, and a joy to work with. Despite language barriers, I have formed connections with students and staff due to my approachable nature. I am always eager to learn and apply new ideas, maintaining a positive attitude. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of client program and records documentation in accordance with contract and standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and principal to enhance the school curriculum and policies. Deliver education, effective modeling techniques, and various supportive services as specified in the service plan.
• Support Case Managers, Social Workers, or Counselors in conducting family assessments and providing case management services.
• Arrange transportation for clients to counseling sessions, medical appointments, shopping, etc.
