- Completed 140 hours of placement in total at two individual sites, Bioactive Health and Fitness and Vision Training Southport. Bioactive being a gym ran by an exercise physiologist and which sparked my interest in this field.
- Partook in a volunteer program called 'Above and Beyond.' Which involved a 6-week period of creating exercise programs and sessions for both groups and individuals, which was all done under supervision by my course coordinator.
