I am a qualified early childhood educator with a Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood from RMIT University. I am passionate about creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where children can thrive. I have strong communication and rapport-building skills with children, families, and colleagues. My experience includes effective collaboration, organisation, and a commitment to supporting children’s development through play-based learning. I have professional knowledge of the National Quality Framework, the EYLF, the VEYLDF, and relevant policies and procedures, which I apply in my daily practice to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
