• Contributed to the development and delivery of brand and commercial partnership projects, drafting and revising bilingual (English–Chinese) partnership proposals and business pitches, including collaboration strategies, creative concepts, event frameworks, and execution plans; assisted with the review and amendment of partnership contract terms.
• Conducted brand research and partner outreach, produced partnership pitch decks and bilingual brand profiles, and supported ongoing communication and coordination with corporate partners and museum board members to assist in relationship management and engagement.
• Supported the execution and post-project wrap-up of partnership initiatives, documenting the integration of commercial collaborations with artistic content and preparing project summaries and closing reports for internal review.

• Assisted the curatorial team in exhibition setup, including artwork placement and lighting adjustment,ensuring the overall presentation met curatorial expectations.
• Provided visitor guidance and exhibition interpretation during the exhibition period, serving over 100 visitors and helping them understand the exhibition’s themes and content.

• Drafted publicity content, meeting minutes, and written materials to support communication and

documentation needs with accuracy and clarity.
