After completing high school in 2021, I started working at Assured Super PTY LTD as a SMSF auditor. In the beginning I was exposed to relatively easy funds which progressively got harder through the years. I now work with funds where multiple testing of units is required, ensuring properties/ commodities in the fund are in compliance with SMSF rules and using ASIC to ensure there have been no unreported changes in company details such as name change or director change. Over the past few months I have also assisted in company audits more specifically Aged Cares, Sporting clubs and Government grants. I have experience in revenue & expense testing, payroll testing, verifying any changes in company assets, verifying payments through bank statements and ensuring spending amounts are within budgeted range for grants etc.

Outside of academic and work commitments I play as a senior semi professional footballer for FC Bulleen Lions in the VPL1 competition. Previously playing for Northcote City FC, Melbourne Victory FC Academy and Caroline Springs George Cross FC, I have now signed for FC Bulleen Lions on a 1 year contract.

I started the role as a christmas casual at Puma to improve on my communication skills and working in a team, skills that I felt were missing from my audit job. I decided to leave once my soccer season started as along with auditing and studying another job became too difficult.
