As a barista:

• Memorised recipes for specialty coffee beverages and seasonal offerings.
• Maintained and operated espresso machines, blenders, commercial coffee brewers, coffee pots, and other equipment.
• Cleaned counters, machines, utensils, and seating areas daily.
• Listened carefully to customer requests and created personalized, delicious beverages, which improved sales.
• Explained beverage preparation and offered samples to help customers choose ideal items.

As a manager:

• Managed and standardised product development, especially milked coffee such as Latte, Cappuccino, Café au lait, and Long Black, refining these products to best meet customer needs.
• Investigated coffee market, using knowledge and tactics as studied at University referencing foot traffic, where customers are from, preferences, gender, and age of customers, to carefully set price and type of milk for each scale of cups, resulting in a sharp increase of foot traffic of this café by 30% and 13% rise in revenue.
• Invented three new espresso blends to make Long Black more welcomed by customers, changing some names on menu and significantly modifying it to be more solution-oriented, thus increasing foot traffic by another 30% and another 20% added in revenue.

• Volunteered to move seats and tables between floors.
• Volunteered to lead Bible study groups after 2018, usually on Thursdays, and sometimes on Sunday afternoons before church services began, therefore educating and guiding members of congregation on religious beliefs and practices.
• Assisted Bible study group members to establish solutions to make Bible study more effective.
• Assisted pastors in calling friends to attend church services, for increased church engagement.
• Attended meetings with pastors and missionaries.
• Participated in religious ceremonies and events.
