• Due diligence for MAM / Vocus on their proposed $6bn merger with TPG's Vision Network.
• Vendor due diligence for Partners Group on CWP Renewables resulting in the subsequent $4bn acquisition by Squadron Energy.
• Due diligence for Stockland on their $200mn acquisition of Living Gems (land lease communities)

Performing lead in-charge role on US GAAP / IFRS audit engagements for multinational listed (including ASX listed) and private clients. This includes Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) audits performed under PCAOB auditing standards.

My responsibilities include the following

• Risk assessment and testing of internal control over financial reporting (“ICOFR”). This includes

(1) identify process risk points and assess the risk of material misstatements within key financial reporting processes (e.g. period end processes, revenue, inventory etc).
(2) test the effectiveness of internal controls and assess the impact of any control deficiencies

• Audit of key risk areas under IFRS & US GAAP such as goodwill impairment assessment, revenue, tax, consolidations and inventory etc
• Review of US GAAP and IFRS financial statements (e.g. Appendix 4D/4E, Forms 10K/10Q and general purpose financial statements)
• Assist clients (e.g. finance team and internal audit team) with complex accounting transactions and remediation of control deficiencies. Present audit and control findings to board of directors.
• In-charging teams of up to 10 people and ensure statutory deadlines and client expectations are met.

• Maintenance of accounting record, data entry, and participated in multiple creditor & department meetings.
