- Assisting in the preparation and review of tax documents, especially in the case of tax documents for clients with special funds

- Verification of client annual fund returns for special funds and tax return information with the partnering PwC accounting department to finalize the consolidation of materials

- Assisting in the execution of distributions and reinvestments of special funds

Investment Banking Division

- Participate in the preparation stage of company's IPO material review, and field research of the client company's specific business situation. Aggregate and review the supplier reply data from customers and verify the account amount with the content of the supplier reply letter

- Conducted due diligence with the project team, accompanied the client's shareholders to the bank to conduct bank flow investigation, and helped the project team with the presentation at the client's shareholders meeting

- Summarize and collate competitive companies in the same industry of the client, and summarize the financial data of the competitive companies, analyze their key areas, and compare with client company
