• Creation of tools in VBA or python if needed for operations

• Biannual evaluation of operator's work
• Monthly interviews with each operator
• Checking the physical condition of operators and managing their work

• Lending and receiving back PCs and monitors to other departments
• Arrangement of LAN installation
• Management of all company fixtures and system equipment
• Management of remote access privileges to the company
• Respond to user inquiries (phone and e-mail)

Web Production Management(Nov 2019 - April 2021)

• Creation of target customer list using SQL
• Creation of HTML emails to promote products to customers
• Requests to designers to create web designs and manage deadlines
• Inspection of created web pages
