  • Preparing budget estimate & forecast, scope of works, sending request for quote/tenders to contractors, raising purchase orders and submitting to directors for approval as part of the capital works program.

  • Prepare strategic reports, specifications, tender documents and cost estimates as required and ensure contracts are procured as per council's procurement policy.
  • Maintain proper storage, cataloging and indexing of plans and drawings and office records.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to residents, community, ratepayers, developers on Council requirements with respect to road openings, road closures and issue of DRNE licenses on government roads. Ensuring the satisfaction of customers.
