• Market Research: I participated in a specialized research project on urban areas, analyzing common transportation issues in 7 cities. I conducted competitive research on platforms such as Chelaile，Gaode, and Google Maps, and produced 2 specialized city reports and 2 competitive analysis reports. I also assisted in designing survey questionnaires and collected a total of 1000 user feedback responses, providing evidence for departmental decision-making and business optimization.
• Product initiation: Based on the company's strategy, I completed the sorting and writing of the project proposal for 14 cities' basic overview, data quality, and contract costs. I am familiar with the product initiation process and have developed reusable methodologies.
• Product iteration: I thoroughly analyze users' travel behavior and usage patterns in the map, continuously optimize and improve the product user experience based on product data. I propose SUG page optimization strategies and independently complete the writing of the update plan for this section. I have participated in multiple requirement review meetings and ultimately contributed to a user increase of 50,000, accounting for approximately 5% of the department's OKR.
• Product Follow-up; responsible for overseeing the testing and acceptance of various product features such as public transportation testing, subway route details, adding to desktop, and sharing. Additionally, I handle the tracking and resolution of issues related to the development of departure schedules, routes, and dynamic features in multiple cities.

• IPO audit project: participated in the key IPO audit project for a company in Jiuquan, Gansu. I assisted the auditor in reviewing the fairness of the financial statements for clients in the seed processing machinery industry. I also helped communicate with the clients on-site and was responsible for inventory counting, sampling, drafting working papers, and updating data. I carefully verified and recorded the amounts and quantities of cash, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Reporting outputs; I am proficient in using financial systems such as Excel to collect and organize report data. I have evaluated and analyzed business processes for KA clients and provided optimization suggestions. I have produced a total of 4 audit reports, primarily focusing on areas such as bank deposits, purchase and sales contracts, and accounts receivable and payable.
• Project Assistant: I assist the project manager with tasks such as collecting audit data, conducting voucher inspections, and conducting inventory checks on fixed assets. I also track any abnormal transactions in the accounting vouchers and prepare work files for five modules, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assets.

I worked as a survey interviewer at a University fair for high school students where I helped the organizers collect and organize student data.

I participated in the anti-bulling event (pink day) with a team of volunteers, wearing special event uniforms. We spoke to people about the dangers of campus violence and urged them to oppose it.

I have been involved in homeless assistance work, serving as an operations executive. My responsibilities include arranging furniture, preparing food and drinks, and distributing donated supplies.
