Over 4 years experience in the hospitality industry having worked in a restaurant from the age of 15 to being a full-time bartender while residing in Japan for 2 years. During my time working at Balabushka Osaka as I was the only fluent English speaking staff, on top of my role as a bartender I would also assist both locals and foreigners with enquiries which meant handling more responsibility. I was also entrusted with supervising the bar whenever the manager was not available or our shifts did not overlap. Being a full-time bartender with additional responsibilities has given me experience in making drinks, food, attending customers needs and resolving any unexpected issues that may arise smoothly and efficiently.
