Summary

I am a very social and enthusiastic person and worker who is always willing to work in a team environment and create new relationships. I play and I am very committed to my basketball and trying to get as far as I possibly can which leads to my passion for watching sports, especially AFL, NBA and NFL, and I have a strong knowledge of all of the sports listed. I also have begun to develop a strong interest in shoes, especially Jordans and basketball-specific sneakers. My other hobbies include gaming and spending time with friends and family. I started working at 16, Kmart paved the way for the development of my customer service skills which I then translated to my job at the Italian Australian Club where my customer service was shown in full effect, developing great relationships with many of the regular customers. I have received training in the TAB and am able to use the computer to help customers place or claim bets. I also have my RSA to work behind the bar, while also having my gaming license and working in the gaming room. My job at Crown has been the one that has progressed my development the most as my customer service skills became even better and I also have been running and creating social media content for the venue for over a year.
