Summary

Since moving from Tasmania and starting a family 13 years ago on the Gold Coast I started work at one of the biggest beef processing plants in Australia. There I was a packer and worked my way up to Slicer and Boner. I quickly learned how to slice every primal cut and some hind quarter Boning. After 11 years there moved to Frosty boy making powdered ice cream and drinks for various big company's around the world. There I done batch mixing by lifting 25 KG bags of ingredients into hoppers. I used high reach and counter balance forklifts in warehouse using RF scanners to gather ingredients and work on various machines such as box making machine, compactors and robot arm. Data entry using Sanderson warehouse computer system to manage stock and assist on the foil bagging machine doing foil changes. I moved to PFD food distribution warehouse pick packing mostly in freezer. I do replenish on high reach forklift using RF scanner, dispatch orders onto pallets and load them onto delivery trucks using side loader and sometimes receiving/putaways. Now I work for Goddens food group as a full time replenishment in the freezer using double deep Crown forklifts making sure pick faces are fully stocked with stock rotation and putting inbound stock away in a timely safe matter.
