  • SMED implementation. I led the SMED implementation project having in charge about 15 people and I achieved a reduction of 43% of the changeover times.
  • Identify critical points and bottlenecks in the production chain improving the productivity of the production lines.
  • Enforcement Lean Manufacturing and continues improvement program.
  • Planning of production schedules and staff rosters.
  • Monitor compliance with production planning.
  • Development of management indicators.
  • SAP implementation. I was chosen as a support leader in the production area. This role required training in the software. Then, I was in charge of training the employees of my area. Finally, I provided additional support to the rest of the staff for trouble shooting with the software.
  • Provide training in 5S’s program. The company developed a project called “The Genfar University” which consisted in giving to the staff the opportunity to be trained to apply to other roles at the company or to improve their performance on their job positions. I was in charge of the subject 5S.
