Daily operation tasks include:

• Customer service monitoring of internal and external accounts.
• Cash handling including usage of point of sales system, inventory management of stock levels.
• Licensing and ID25 compliance and managing payroll, constructing rosters to align with company Enterprise
  Agreements.
• Staff performance management, recruit, train and develop new team members to comply with company
  standards and policies while completing mandatory training
• stock management to meet business standards and customer demand.
• Promotional planning, space development and store execution.
• External Audit, overall inspection on store and team complying with national policies
  and procedures relating to Liquor code of conduct.

• Electrical apprenticeship installing and modernising elevators

• Throws coach – training all levels of athletes in Discus and Shot Put
• Registrations, uniform sales and stock maintenance, cash handling, equipment handling and maintenance
