In my role as an OSHC Educator at a Special Developmental School, I provide high-quality care and support for children with additional needs in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. I plan and implement engaging activities that are tailored to each child’s individual developmental level, interests, and goals, with a strong focus on promoting independence, communication, and social interaction.

I work closely with families, teachers, therapists, and fellow educators to ensure consistency in care and learning between school and OSHC settings. I adapt routines and activities to meet a wide range of physical, sensory, and emotional needs, while fostering a sense of belonging, confidence, and enjoyment for every child. I also actively support positive behavior and contribute to a team culture that values empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and resolving customer issues.
