The Lending Associate plays a crucial role in supporting brokers throughout the entire lending process, from initial client meetings to settlement. This position involves close collaboration with brokers to attract new clients and fulfill their consumer lending requirements. The Lending Associate is responsible for managing system updates to ensure brokers have real-time access to leads. At Landen, teamwork is highly valued, and the Lending Associate may also assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Continuous education and training are provided through webinars and industry events to stay updated on procedures, compliance, and lender products.

  Ensured compliant completion of loan applications and managed documentation.
  Acted as liaison between clients, brokers, and lending banks, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.
  Focused on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring positive feedback after settlement.
  Maintained daily updates on Outsource, our aggregator system, including client information and stage updates.
  Reviewed and analyzed client financial documents, such as Individual Tax Returns and Company Tax Returns.
  Applied expertise in selecting suitable lender products based on client backgrounds and criteria.
  Managed ongoing client relationships, providing support throughout pre-approval stage and beyond.
  Ensured compliance documentation and information met audit requirements.
  Actively participated in Landen Pty Ltd client calls across all departments.
  Regularly updated Hubspot, a client-based software, to track team's progress in client journey for review by Head of Wealth.
