Zali Hoy

As of February 2024, I volunteer an hour of my time weekly to assist teaching dance to children aged 4 to 7. This has taught me patience, punctuality and the importance of being prepared.

Since November 2022, I have been an employee at Zambrero Wollongong, where I have learnt how to perform a variety of tasks essential in the food industry. I have exceptional customer service skills, I work exceedingly well under stress and I have demonstrated precision and accuracy when fulfilling orders for online and in store customers. I hold a current food safety certificate and I pride myself on my attention to detail when performing cleaning duties. During my time at Zambrero I have familiarised myself with working with a till, processing transactions with both cash and eftpos.

I completed general cleaning and tidying for a local beautician. Through, this experience I gained valuable time management skills and learned how to contribute to a team environment. Another key aspect I learnt at the Facialist was punctuality. I also displayed initiative in that I was not always reliant on a supervisor to provide me with my next task.
