Reading, Volunteering and Gym

I love to read when I can, whether it is self-improvement or to just escape and read a good sci-fi fictional book. I find so much joy in volunteering, whether it is at church in the kids and youth ministry, on clean up or even at the homeless shelters in Brisbane. I think it is important to take care of my body as it does a lot for me, and I do this with good eating habits and also by going to the gym regularly.
