Mental Health rotation:

  • Managed a patient load of 26 beds across acute and sub-acute areas
  • Conducted clinical reviews of paper drug charts to ensure adherence to medication safety protocols and NIMRC (National Inpatient Medication Chart) standards.
  • Facilitated weekly patient education groups focusing on medication adherence strategies and the pharmacological management of various mental health conditions.
