I love music, exercise, snowboarding, my newfound love of paddle boarding, gardening and spending time with friends and family. I enjoy reading, meditation and yoga. I also love the beach and spending most of my time outdoors, while living a healthy lifestyle. I have a passion for nutrition and wholefood cooking while sharing this with others to help guide them to make healthy choices in their life. I love movies, board games and playing cards and pool. I love cooking at home, my favourite cuisine is Mexican, I love fresh seafoods and salads. I also have a great passion for cake decorating and making wholefood dietary cakes.
