At Hungry Jack's, I excelled in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong problem-solving and leadership skills. I enhanced customer satisfaction through exceptional service, leading to a significant improvement in team efficiency. My ability to train and bond with new crew members highlights my commitment to teamwork and clear communication. It also included the workplace wanting to recruit me as the team leader/ crew coach, because of my control of the team we all respected eachother and everyone came to me to ask about questions and on how to things etc.
I created a close bond with all my crew members who I am still friends with to this day, when I learn what to do in a work establishment I’m one of the fastest workers, also training a number of new trainees who I gained a strong friendship with have all done a fine job at the establishment.
