As an employee of the environment protection department of Xinjiang Uyghurs Autonomous Region, I performed a multifunctional role in there. I run all the tasks including writing official documents，supporting officials implementing their duty of supervising and assessing the work of other government branches fulfilling environmental protection duties as well as playing the role of a concurrent cashier.
There was a period of time when the department was extremely shorthanded, with my senior taking a maternity leave and the other colleague temporarily being assigned to other departments. I managed to cope with the increased workload for 6 months.
