With over 30 years of experience, I have successfully delivered outcomes and managed both business and technology teams across FS, Insurance, Federal Government, Energy & Utilities and Telco domains, where team and people management, capability growth and enhancement, contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor/partner management were of paramount importance. I have managed end-to-end delivery of many projects and programs including a number of transformations, encompassing all aspects of the SDLC using various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid. In addition to delivering Programs and Projects with budgets in excess of 10 million, other types of engagements have included data and technology assessments, roadmaps, and frameworks, as well as data and solution architecture needing to align with organizational and government data privacy and regulatory compliance policies.
