Traineeship manager of year 2018

During 2018 I was responsible for looking after 45 trainees all employed my McDonald's completing either  Cert 2 school based or Cert 3 Retail operations traineeship over 9 restaurants in Sydney. 


I would visit my stores weekly to provide on job training and building skills to increase the skill set of each individual following their training plans and completing assessments on the job. 


Many of my trainees went on to follow their career goals of becoming an assistant manager some even become store managers this role was very rewarding and I loved watching them all grow and develop their skill set.
