I am extremely work-driven, reliable and will always put my job first. I am motivated to give myself the chance to learn new things. I really enjoy customer service and being able to help others.
My job description includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as opening the shop independently in the morning as early as 3:30 a.m., Monday to Friday for the past 4 years. I also have a lot of experience in customer service, along with being able to assist with returns, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about products/services. I am also in charge of a lot of the food preparation, basic cleanup, stocking shelves, and operating the cash register to process customer purchases accurately. I have been required to maintain a high level of time management to ensure that my tasks are completed efficiently. I have always been loyal and committed to my workplace.
I graduated Year 12 with good grades throughout my high school years, mostly receiving As and Bs. I also received an ATAR of 63.70 which was above average at that time.
