Public Fund System Responsibilities:
Handle daily configuration of public fund distribution parameters.
Support business departments in handling special requests from specific clients.
Facilitate the launch of new public fund companies' distribution businesses. Answer inquiries from business departments.
Manage the launch and listing of ETFs, as well as counter OTC reporting.
Coordinate with colleagues to distribute council documents and maintain communication.
Handle the distribution of ETF refund and compensation documents, coordinate with fund companies to redefine distribution rules, and stay in sync with settlement department colleagues.
Real-Time Settlement for Fund Subscription and Redemption:
Work with business departments to implement real-time settlement for fund subscriptions and redemptions.
Enhance the customer experience by optimizing the process.
Maintenance of Trading Gateway:
Maintain the trading gateway according to exchange requirements.
Complete routine upgrades and connectivity tests after regular market hours.
Optimize trading gateway upgrades to reduce human error and minimize mistakes.
Standardize upgrade procedures and documentation to ensure they do not affect normal trading.
Trading System Maintenance:
Maintain the trading system, including upgrades, launching new trading seats, server maintenance, replacing old equipment, and software migration.
Weekend Testing:
Participate in weekend testing sessions. Configure systems based on different exchange and development environments.
Test the system’s autonomous response during emergencies.
Conduct stress tests on the verification system before major upgrades.
Ensure that multiple financial systems function normally after upgrades, guaranteeing smooth daytime settlements and operations.
