ZHONGZHENG XIA

i graduated from RMIT University obtaining bachelor of construction management, my work experience during my study and off my study including working in construction industry, hospitality sector and disability sector. I have got my white card and asbestos card training done during prior, but also my silica exposure training done as well. I am a friendly person who's able to working a collaborative team environment. who is also passion for helping people in disability industry. I thrive in dynamic environment where i can utilize my strong commucanition, problem solving and leadership skills ability to drive results fast and contribute to a team success. with a 4 years in hospitality sector and 3 years in construction field, i was able to bring those experience further into my future career.I am committed to continuous learning and growth to stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements. As a proactive and collaborative team member, I excel in building strong professional relationships and fostering a positive work culture. I am now seeking new opportunities to leverage my skills and expertise in a challenging role where I can make a meaningful impact.
