I have extensive proficiency in jazz, hip-hop, Chinese traditional dance, and Latin dance, developed through years of training and performance. I have choreographed original routines and incorporated Pilates to enhance flexibility and strength. Additionally, I have integrated yoga into my training for improved balance and mindfulness. I engaged in several showcase events at the University of Toronto and the University of Sydney, demonstrating my versatility and dedication to dance, Pilates, and yoga.
