Creation and facilitation of engaging, empowering, and hands-on first aid courses for parents and caregivers, ensuring all content aligns with ANZCOR guidelines. I am also responsible for managing daily business operations, including customer service, financial administration, social media management, marketing strategy, and business development.

Providing guidance, support, and hands on training to student and graduate paramedics, focusing on clinical skill development, critical thinking, and professional conduct in the workplace.

Providing high quality pre-hospital medical care and clinical advice to the community across a broad range of medical, trauma, and paediatric emergencies and non emergency situations. Experience includes mentoring, teaching and multiple country relief postings, working collaboratively with volunteer teams in diverse and often resource-limited settings.

Supporting the education and development of future paramedics through practical skills instruction, simulation facilitation, and assessment.

Facilitating the development of practical paramedic skills, clinical reasoning, and professional behaviour. Ensuring students gain confidence and competence in delivering safe, patient centred pre-hospital care. Liaising with and working along side multiple teams within St John Ambulance to provide the best learning experience for students.
