During my 12 years working as an Ambulance Paramedic I have developed a strong passion for clinical education and mentorship. I enjoy designing and delivering hands-on, engaging training programs that help develop practical skills, critical thinking, and professional growth. I’m experienced in supporting and guiding paramedic students through simulations as well as real-world challenges and am dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence and competence.
Creation and facilitation of engaging, empowering, and hands-on first aid courses for parents and caregivers, ensuring all content aligns with ANZCOR guidelines. I am also responsible for managing daily business operations, including customer service, financial administration, social media management, marketing strategy, and business development.
Providing guidance, support, and hands on training to student and graduate paramedics, focusing on clinical skill development, critical thinking, and professional conduct in the workplace.
Providing high quality pre-hospital medical care and clinical advice to the community across a broad range of medical, trauma, and paediatric emergencies and non emergency situations. Experience includes mentoring, teaching and multiple country relief postings, working collaboratively with volunteer teams in diverse and often resource-limited settings.
