Summary

I am a passionate and energetic leader and early childhood professional, with almost eight years of experience in the sector. My experience consists of working with all ages, 0-5, within a Long Day Care setting, over four years of experience in a Lead Educator role, and eight months of experience as an Educational Leader. I am very empathetic and dedicated to building strong relationships with all children, educators, and families, and collaborating with the team to reflect, share, learn, and implement new ideas.

Specialising in the Reggio Emilia approach to learning, I am dedicated to the provisioning of a range of learning environments and practices that enhance children’s learning, development, curiosity communication, resilience, and problem-solving, with children's safety at the forefront. I have worked extensively in the leadership team to lead, mentor, and support all educators to enhance their knowledge and implementation of highly engaging, safe learning environments and practices. As an enthusiastic and researched-based leader and mentor, I aim to continue to build my skills and knowledge through professional development and career opportunities. I strongly believe the first five years of a child’s life is the most important, and I endeavour to continue to build my skills as a strong, kind and knowledgeable leader and advocate for all children.
