In my current role as an LSO, I have had the opportunity to assist in classroom management, work one-on-one with students, and support teachers in a variety of tasks. I have developed a keen understanding of the diverse needs of students, and I am committed to providing personalized assistance to help them succeed academically and socially. Whether it is helping with classroom activities, providing individualized support, or reinforcing lessons, I am always focused on encouraging a productive and respectful learning environment for all students. In addition to this current role, I also work as a support worker for the company Zero Gravity where I get to support children aged 3 to around 18 with everyday tasks and help bring them into the community.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I possess strong communication and organizational skills, which allows me to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents. I am dedicated to promoting a positive classroom culture, and I am confident that my ability to adapt to different teaching styles and work under pressure would make me a valuable asset to any classroom that I am put into.
