Zoe Katz-Kaplan

Following my honorable discharge from the Israeli Air Force's Foreign Affairs unit, I returned to the United States to pursue my undergraduate degree at Syracuse University. Graduating Cum Laude with a dual focus on psychology and political science, my liberal arts education provided a platform to explore a diverse range of interests beyond my declared areas of study. I involved myself in psychological research, the Syracuse University Hillel Center for Jewish Life and the Panhellenic Greek Community, as well as a peer advisor to first semester freshmen. Subsequently, I pursued an M.A. in Public Policy and Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Tel Aviv University, concurrently working for the Hand In Hand Center For Jewish-Arab Education in Israel. This experience deepened my understanding of conflict resolution and policy implementation within diverse cultural contexts. Upon graduation, I began working as a project manager at Philtech, where I guided non-profit organizations through full-scale digital transformation processes. In this role, I worked closely with my clients as I conducted complete organizational assessments, formulated in-depth assessment analyses and implemented technological advancements that revolutionized the way each organization was able to fulfill their stated missions. Subsequently, I joined the Israeli Spokesperson, Eylon Levy, leveraging my expertise to craft daily press briefings and rebuttals for international media inquiries. Additionally, I utilized my background in digital transformation to build the necessary technological infrastructure for managing Eylon's various engagements and team. I currently work as a Customer Service Manager for Restoke.ai, where I work to build strong relationships with clients, drive customer satisfaction, and implement strategies that boost retention and foster long-term growth. My diverse experiences in various cultural contexts, academia, conflict resolution, customer success and digital transformation uniquely position me to contribute effectively to any challenging professional environment.
