Hi I'm Zoe, 25 years old, from Victoria, Australia. Two years ago I began my journey in the wine industry. I have done three vintage's, two in Australia, both in the Pyrenees and one in Slovenia. I took valuable skills and knowledge from these experiences, which has driven me to learn more about the wine and alcohol industry, along with hospitality. On returning home from Europe I began working for Mrs Baker's Still House which has introduced me to whole new world; distilling. I have thrived in learning the process of distillations to setting up our products at markets and selling to customers. I want to further develop my knowledge and my palate. I excel working with people, thrive in a team environment, a hard worker and I am passionate about learning new things.
