Actively monitor inventory across the 3PL and Wholesaler network, ensuring levels are optimised.

Driving inventory control, improve accuracy, reduce damages and stock write-off.

Ensure all claims are validated and processed.

Assist in investigating sales orders, sales invoice, sales credit and claims.

Coordinating with the logistics team on wholesaler orders and claims.

Prepare NPSA for changeovers and launches and provide NPSA and PDE report weekly.

Serve as the key representative at the monthly Supply Chain review meeting with Wholesalers.

Build and strengthen business relationships.

Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Manage complex orders above a specific value through ensuring regular contact with the consumer as to the progress of their order; and managing the movement of stock with fulfillment team to minimize consumer impact
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with clients
• Address and resolve complex issues raised by customers in a timely manner, including management of escalated calls/queries
• Proactively contact clients on a regular basis to gather information regarding delivery dates for stock on order
• Keep all relevant client records up to date and ensure all relevant information is stored in shared drives and systems
• Deliver effective customer outcomes by participating in the planning, management and evaluation of systems, processes, and procedures to deliver high standards and quality outcomes

• Coordinate and undertake the activities required to ensure the timely international shipping of orders from overseas and local distribution centres
• Book and manage import and export shipments via air or sea; Enter shipment and consolidation information into system
• Review and respond to requests for logistics information from all stakeholders in a timely manner
• Review and resolve any issues relating to logistics activities in a timely manner and ensuring any potential shipping delays are communicated to key stakeholder in a timely manner
• Complete data capture of general freight documentation in order to ensure processing as well as invoicing
• Manage inventory including forecasting and monitor stock levels to make sure they are accurate and optimized to meet demand while minimizing excess
• Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and track shipments, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
