  • SEA 5000 Hunter Class Frigate:

Provide support to the BAE Structural team by coordinating structural assessments and managing design change requirements in collaboration with them.

- Structural assessment of piping and equipment seats by manual calculations using Excel, Mathcad, and 1D beam analysis in Hypermesh.

- Finite Element Analysis of ship structure in Hypermesh.

- Experience with FORAN CAD software model viewer.

- Experience in BAE's Windchill PLM software.

  • SEA1800 Offshore Patrol Vessel:

Provide support for Luerssen Shipbuilding, Production, Procurement, Outfitting, and V&V activities.

Lead Support role in:

- Launching of Ship 2 (NUSHIP Eyre) in Nov 2023, Osbourne shipyard.

- Lightship Survey and Inclining Experiment for Ship 1 and Ship 2.

- Compartment Completion Survey- Engineering team.

- Structural lead for TSO9 ICT Equipment upgrade.

- Anode sizing calculation for Anode upgrade.

  • ANZAC Class Frigate SSCWI and MOAS equipment removal in support for BAE:

- Conducted structural assessment for equipment removal impact and design for refit and modification required.

- Prepared RAD&VM, Removal/Installation Work Package, Design Reports, Weight and Moment Impact database, Safety Assessment Report, Drafting for removal and structural reinstatement.

  • Obsolete Ice Machines Replacement for Canberra Class LHD in support for Navantia:

- Conducted structural assessment for equipment removal impact and design for refit and modification required.

- Prepared RAD&VM, Removal/Installation Work Package, Design Reports, Weight and Moment Impact database, Safety Assessment Report and ILS matrix.

  • SEA1445 Sea Boat In-Air and In-Water Inclining experiment:

- Prepared Maxsurf Model and Inclining procedures.
